Cancellation and refunds
Last updated 9 August 2026.
Cancelling
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from inside the app, under Settings, and from the account page at your payment provider.
Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not cut off what you have already paid for. Your plan keeps working to the end of the period you have bought, and on the day after that the account returns to the unpaid state, which is still a working prompter.
Refunds
A period that has already started is not refunded, in whole or in part, and that holds for monthly and annual plans alike. What you keep is the rest of the period you paid for, in full, with nothing switched off early.
There are three cases we do refund, because they are not what you agreed to buy.
- A duplicate charge. If you were billed twice for the same period, the second one comes back.
- A charge after you cancelled. If a renewal was taken after a cancellation went through, it comes back in full.
- An account we close without you having broken the terms. The unused part is returned.
Asking for a refund
Write to support@lensfloat.online with the email address on the account and roughly when the charge happened. That is enough for us to find it. We aim to reply within two working days, and where a refund is due we start it as soon as we have checked it, usually within five working days, and from there it reaches your bank or card on their timetable rather than ours, which is typically another five to ten.
