Delete your account
Last updated 10 August 2026. It takes about thirty seconds.
From inside the app
Open LensFloat, go to Settings, and choose Delete account. You will be asked to tick a box saying you understand it is permanent, and then to press Delete everything. That second press is the one that does it.
Before you confirm there is a button to download a copy of everything first. Once the deletion goes through there is no copy anywhere to send you.
What gets removed
- Your account and the sign-in that reaches it.
- Every script you have synced.
- Every take you have uploaded.
- Any paid plan, cancelled as part of the same step, so nothing bills you afterwards.
Worth knowing before you press it: this is not a thirty day hold that quietly keeps your account in case you change your mind. It is permanent, and we have no way to bring any of it back.
What stays with you
Scripts and recordings saved only on your own phone or computer are yours, and deleting the account does not reach them. If you want those gone too, delete them in the app first, or uninstall it.
If you cannot sign in
Write to support@lensfloat.online from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We aim to reply within two working days and to finish within thirty days of confirming it is your account.
We may need to check that the request came from you before acting on it, which is the same protection that stops somebody else deleting your work.
Records we are required to keep
Payment records are the one exception, and not by choice. Tax and accounting law in India requires an invoice history to be kept for a set number of years, so a record that a payment happened stays with our payment provider after the account is gone. That record covers the amount and the date, and stops there. Your scripts and your recordings go with the account.
